Ticket Terms & Conditions
General Admission
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all tickets purchased for London City 7s, taking place on Thursday 17 September 2026 at the Honourable Artillery Company, Armoury House, City Road, London EC1Y 2BQ (the “Venue”). By purchasing a ticket or entering the Venue, you agree to these Terms. The event is organised by London City 7s Ltd (company no. 16162387), 152 Nelson Road, Twickenham, England, TW2 7BU (the “Organiser”, “we”, “us”).
1. Tickets and purchase
Tickets are sold through our official ticketing platform INTIX Ticketing Limited and any other outlets we authorise. Your purchase is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation by email; tickets are issued electronically and must be presented for scanning at the gate (on a phone screen is acceptable). Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase and include VAT where applicable; booking or handling fees are as stated at checkout and are non-refundable in all circumstances. It is your responsibility to check your order details at the time of purchase.
2. Entry, re-entry and searches
- Gates open at 11:00. Last entry to the Venue is 18:30.
- A valid ticket is required for entry and, if you leave the site, for re-entry. If you intend to leave and return, notify stewards on exit so re-entry can be recorded; re-entry is at the Organiser's discretion.
- Entry is subject to security checks. You may be asked to consent to a search of your person and belongings as a condition of entry; refusal may result in entry being declined without refund.
- The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to remove any person from the Venue in the interests of safety, security, licensing or the enjoyment of other attendees, without refund.
3. Age policy and alcohol
- London City 7s is strictly an 18+ event. No persons under 18 will be admitted under any circumstances, including when accompanied by an adult. Proof of age by photographic ID may be required as a condition of entry, and entry will be refused without refund to anyone unable to provide it on request.
- The Venue operates licensed bars and a Challenge 25 policy applies — bring photographic ID if you are lucky enough to need it.
- Excessive intoxication may result in refusal of service or removal from the Venue without refund. Please drink responsibly.
4. Prohibited items
The following may not be brought into the Venue. Surrender of prohibited items may be required as a condition of entry, and items surrendered will not be returned:
- Food and drink, other than sealed water in plastic bottles, baby food, or items required for medical or dietary reasons
- Glass of any kind (except medication in original packaging)
- Weapons, fireworks, flares, smoke devices, or any hazardous materials
- Illegal substances, including psychoactive substances and items resembling them
- Drones or other unmanned aerial devices
- Professional recording or broadcast equipment without prior written accreditation from the Organiser
- Bicycles, scooters, skateboards and similar within the event site
- Placards, flags on poles, or any item that in the Organiser's reasonable opinion could be used to cause disruption, damage or injury
5. Refunds, cancellation and abandonment
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as set out in these Terms or as required by law.
- If the event is cancelled in full before it begins, you will be entitled to a refund of the face value of your ticket via the point of purchase. Booking fees, travel, accommodation and other costs will not be refunded.
- If the event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date; if you cannot attend the new date, you may request a face-value refund within 14 days of the announcement.
- The event will proceed rain or shine. If play begins and the event is subsequently curtailed or abandoned for reasons of weather, safety or other cause beyond the Organiser's reasonable control, no refund will be payable.
- This clause does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Changes to the event
Rugby is a live sport and the event is a live occasion. Team line-ups, playing squads, individual players, the match schedule, timings, entertainment, and other elements of the event are subject to change without notice. Such changes — including the withdrawal or replacement of any advertised team or player — do not entitle you to a refund. Advertised timings — including the 20:00 finals — are indicative and may move for operational or broadcast reasons.
7. Resale and transfer
Tickets are for personal use. Tickets may be transferred free of charge to friends, family or colleagues, but may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium, used in competitions or promotions, or packaged with other goods or services without the Organiser's prior written consent. Any ticket sold or used in breach of this clause may be cancelled without refund and the holder refused entry. Tickets are not transferable once the holder has entered the Venue.
8. Behaviour
We want the Venue loud, friendly and safe. Threatening, discriminatory or antisocial behaviour, entering the field of play, throwing objects, or failure to comply with the reasonable instructions of stewards, security or Venue staff may result in removal from the Venue without refund and, where appropriate, referral to the police.
9. Filming and photography
The event will be filmed and photographed for broadcast, promotional and commercial purposes. By entering the Venue you consent to being included in footage and images captured at the event and to their use by the Organiser, its partners and licensees in any media, worldwide, without payment. If you have concerns about appearing in our content, please speak to the camera operator or a steward. Personal photography for private use is welcome.
10. Hospitality packages
Hospitality products (including the Melrose and Serevi tents and Pavilion packages) are sold under separate hospitality terms provided at the time of booking, which apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of conflict, the hospitality terms prevail for those products. Access to the after party is by invitation only and is not included in any general admission ticket.
11. Liability and personal property
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Organiser's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, the Organiser is not responsible for loss, theft of or damage to personal property brought to the Venue, and its total liability to you in connection with your ticket is limited to the face value of that ticket. You attend a live sporting event at your own risk and should remain aware of match play, including balls leaving the field of play.
12. Accessibility
We are committed to making the event accessible. For information on step-free access, accessible viewing, facilities, or to discuss specific requirements — including essential companion tickets — please contact hello@londoncity7s.com in advance of the event.
13. Travel and parking
Parking around the Venue is very limited and no public parking is provided by the Organiser. The Venue entrance is on Chiswell Street, a short walk from Moorgate and Old Street stations, and we strongly recommend public transport.
14. Data protection
Personal data provided when purchasing tickets will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, including to administer your order, for event safety, and — where you have opted in — to send you news about London City 7s.
15. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will continue in force. The Organiser may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to your ticket. Questions about these Terms or your order: hello@londoncity7s.com.
